Simple questions, personality based and scenarios. Also they want to know why you want to work there or how you would help the store. It was one on one, in person, they basically decided to give me an offer right after the interview. Took about another two days to actually start working and get the training.

Dropped off a Resume, was asked to bring fill out an application. Received a call the next day. Chatted with them for about 15 minutes. They asked generic questions, ensuring that I had at least been in a store before. Other then that they had no difficult processes to handle.
