Quick, semi-formal. Interview, drug test, start can happen within one week. I wore business casual. Answer honestly and listen well. They'll send you for a drug test and background check before training.

Most questions are regarding previous jobs or leadership positions. The goal of the interview is to give you an opportunity to convince management why you are committed, reliable, responsible, and worthy of a position that will require a lot of you. When they ask, "Are you prepared to move in a fast-moving and busy environment?" don't lie, because they aren't messing around.

It was good. Easy, but productive questions that let them know how you hold yourself and more about you and your work ethic But they do hire you for fulltime and only give you part time hours

This interview was very easy. It was a typical interview for any fast food/gas station. I was told I had got the job before I even walked out of the door.
