Interview
Went through 2 interviews. The first was with the assistant manager, went fast and easy. The second was with the store director, that one lasted 45 min and was tougher. The third time I met with the color Specialist and performed a full makeover demo
Other Color Consultant interview reviews for Sephora
Friendly, lots of question and hypothetical situations in regards to customer service. Makeup portfolio was appreciated. Focus is on product knowledge and friendliness. Asked about retail background, what trainings I would be interested in. Also how hard I am willing to work to move up into a management position. Also my timeline I expect to management.
