I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at SentinelOne (Nowhere, OK) in Jan 2023
Interview
There was a phone conversation with an HR recruiter and then a technical interview (on video) The HR recruiter wanted to know about places I worked with and what I consider a good place to work in. The technical interviewers were nice. One of them was very unclear. It was hard to understand him sometimes and he sounded like he was mumbling (I kept thinking of that Bane character in Batman). So it’s possible there was quite a bit of misunderstanding. Overall the questions were fine. Mostly about JavaScript. A few were about CSS. They got very technical about the questions, things like execution context, dynamic binding. There was 1 code question in an online code editor. I would have given this one a positive or neutral review except they ghosted me after the interview, hence the poor & negative result.

The interview process consisted of an initial recruiter screening, followed by a technical interview and a manager/team meeting. The process moved very quickly, as the team was urgently looking to onboard a new team member.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SentinelOne (Bengaluru) in Nov 2025
Interview
I got a call from HR where she asked me about my background and skills and scheduled the first round. First round was a DSA based round where they asked me variation of tree path sum question, which I took bit of time to answer. I thank that still they qualified me for the second round where it was Go LLD round where question was to parallelise a serial execution of code, which I feel I did very well and interviewer was also happy. After that I got to know that the feedback was negetive which I dont think should be a case. I think it was my notice period which they were bothered about and I would have appreciated if they were more straight forward on the rejection reason
