They conduct a nice thorough phone interview. You then come in for an interview that in total is about 2.75 hours. It involves shadowing a trainee for 30 minutes and then shadowing an account manager and then you go onto interview with the Vice President for an hour and a half or so.

They were very positive. Typical fact finding for the first interview. Second interview stay on your toes ask smart questions and explains the earning potential. The VP was the third and major selling point for me. They sold on there care for the employee and care for community.
