It was a simple interview for about 40 minutes . Mostly scenario based questions and describing the role and responsibilities of the position. It took almost 2 weeks for the interview process and applied online directly.

How will you assess the credit risk for a commercial client?
The HR interview process includes multiple sessions where we discuss our backgrounds, personal values, and overall cultural fit within the organization. group interview with recruiter, then technical & behavior interview with two seniors. basic behavior questions and lasted around 30 mins. found out a week later if i got the role or not.
