I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Scotiabank (Brampton, ON) in May 2012
Interview
Way too long. It took me nine weeks from application to offer. First you must apply online, I strongly recommend getting your csc and cph beforehand. They give you a pre screening interview, from there they will give you an online questionnaire. In total the phone interview will last an hour and a half. Then you will have to do an online background check. From there you will have to do a panel interview and from there you will have to wait up to 10 business days to hear back from them.

Interview
The interview was over the phone and was fairly straight forward. I got my response and feedback that my references will be contacted the same day which was very cool!
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Scotiabank (Chaguanas)
Interview
After 4 months from having applied for the position, the HR contacted and requested a panel interview to be held the next day virtually. There is a form to fill out with basic information, half of which is in your resume. They also need copies of all academic certificates. The panel interview involved 3 persons. They asked a few open ended questions, such as what can you bring to the company. They have scenario based questions such as a sales scenario where you have to choose a product and then sell it to them. What will you do if you aren't meeting sales targets and what would you do if someone wants a loan but cannot afford it but you're sure that they can. They indicated that within 3 weeks feedback would be provided. No response has been received (its the 4th week)
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Scotiabank (Montreal, QC) in Oct 2016
Interview
I had 2 interviews face to face. They were so gentil and kind, the questions were ordinary but i regret that i didnt get ready obvious questions which are asked often for that position, so i messed up during the second interview. It was my first interview experience in Canada , i learned a lot...
