Normal interview 2 on 1. I individual was an engineer, and the other was the hr rep.
Both had a set of questions and were looking for certain qualities. No hard technical questions were asked. But general HR questions were asked like why do you want to join this company. Do you know what we do here.
**If you want to leave a good impression make sure you do a bit of research since this company has been around for roughly 100 years (not all were in the electrical field)**

It was smooth and very easy. Was always kept up to dates on the process and always knew how long it would take to hear back from recruiters. Overall would give the process a 9 out of 10.

Initial step was a HireVue video interview, with behavioral and personality questions. then a second round with some engineers about their project, the role, and my background. Some very light technical questions, largely conversational

Interview
Pretty simple, not coding question, included technical questions and behavioural questions. Interview was with a panel of three people at the university of Victoria. Interviewers were friendly. I was informed of their decision after 5 days.
