Interview with hiring manager (30 minutes); take home assessment (4-5 hours) to be completed within one day; 15 minute HR screening; 5 x 30-45 minute interviews over Superday with hiring manager and other cross-functional stakeholders.
As many have said, I don't think they were seriously hiring for this role. They had me do assessments and questions not related to the role whatsoever - and a bunch of 20 year olds with zero to one year of post-grad experience interviewing someone with over a decade of experience. A bunch of kids who literally had no clue what they were doing.
They've since reposted the job multiple times over the past months - beware, they are just phishing for information and competitive intel.
