I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sanofi (Swiftwater, PA)
Interview
I found the interview to be "Boiler Plate." The questions were canned questions with little variance from what you read about in magazines on the subject. The only rabbit trail we got off on was about my past experience. They spent a lot of time asking about my experiences at past jobs and fortunately it was what they were looking for. One pointer is to be able to talk about extra curricular activities. What do you do outside of work type questions. Some time after I got hired I asked my hiring manager what it was that made them decide to chose me. He told me that I showed interest and got involved in a number of activities which meant I could handle multiple things going on at the same time.

Question 1
I did not find any question to be difficult. Some were more probing than others. I suppose that a question like "Name a conflict you had at your last job and tell us how you handled it." was one thing I did not expect.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sanofi (Singapore) in Mar 2024
Interview
I interviewed at Sanofi EVF Singapore
1. Introductory call with HR, will ask about experience based on resume, learn about the role
2. Interview with 2 line managers, asking about myself, strengths/weaknesses, situational qns and a 20 minute written technical quiz (it was pretty ok considering i'm a fresh grad)
3. Interview with 2 senior managers, some questions about myself, learning about the job culture, what I expect of a new career
4. Call with HR for feedback on 2nd interview and let me know the onboarding and agreement signing will be done in the next 2 weeks.
Steps 1 to 4 took about a month
Standard behavior questions
Round Robin/Panel Interview
Upper Management, MFG Team Leaders and Team Members, then HR at the end
Have questions to ask each group, shows engagement
Lasted roughly three to four hours
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Sanofi
Interview
The process was ok. I had a call with a recruiter who asked a lot of questions that clearly could have been answered by my resume. Then I had a Zoom meeting with 3 people in the department I was applying for. Interview went ok but I was not expecting an offer. I am frustrated that I found out by looking at the job application portal randomly one day to find out that I did not get the job. I was hoping for at least an email. But they are a huge company so I am not surprised.
