Everyone during the interview process was very kind and informative about the position. However, the director didn't seem completely sure what position he was interviewing me for. He was happy to answer questions, though, and seemed very present during the process.
Genuine and authentic. The team is extremely supportive, and they value what each individual is passionate about. Sandstone prioritizes a good cultural fit, and you have the opportunity to meet the team.
