Interview
A bit intimidating with 3 people interviewing you. They go through a binder and ask you questions. Many are situational, while others require you to tell them about a time when you have done something (to show responsibility, attitude, etc.)

Have you ever had a dispute with a fellow employee, if so, how was it resolved?
The interview process was really good and I had a smooth interview. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a good job at a good place. Great interview and great interviewers.
