Group interviews, super easy ask questions about prior event operation experience you have as well as traits you feel are your strongest. It was a breeze and you just need to be loud in you're interview

I applied online. I interviewed at San Diego Padres (San Diego, CA) in Feb 2025
Interview
It was a group interview through Microsoft Teams with the Event Operations team. They would ask questions, and we would raise our virtual hands to answer. But after the interview, I didn't hear from them for 2 weeks which was a pity.

- At Padres, we have a lot of families. How would you handle a situation with an angry parent?
Fairly easy interview, it was a group interview as I remember and everyone takes turns explaining their previous experience and how it makes them a good candidate for the job.

What was a situation during employment when you were under pressure and what did you do to resolve the issue?
Group interview, we had to "raise" our hand to speak and we would answer the questions one after the other. It was my first time doing a group interview and it was a really great experience
