Brief conversation with a recruiter and another engineering manager. Asked about conflict resolution and prioritization. I found both people I chatted with to be engaged and polite, though I found out later that I was not seriously considered for the role.

Hiring process is a mess. You get 2-3 rounds of interivews and once cleared. You are again asked to provide availability of a bunch of interviews with name of Onsite rounds. weirdly scheduled conducted Online and different time periods especially late nights, early morning based on interviewers.
Series of interviews with various team members. Moderate interviews including interactions with Eng Manager, Product Marketing Director & few Sr. developers.
After each interview round you believe you are shortlisted for the next round. But after spending hours of rounds of these interviews least you would expect was to being ghosted by HR.
Eventually after all interviews you just get a standard automated email after a week or 10 days that they are pursuing someone else. Basic courtesy of calling and informing was missing especially when you are told you have cleared previous rounds until the last round.
Please dont waste your time with these rounds and please set expectations with HR before hand so you dont face these issues.
