Started with a conversation with talent acquisition, followed by a couple of conversations with the hiring manager; one over the phone and one in person. Then a formal panel presentation/interview with the hiring manager and some of his peers.

2 interviews one with HR, one with manager and then panel interview.
Then salary discussion and then a very excellent onboarding trajectory. Last step when you get hired is a full background check.
