Assessment for the role, using questions such as asking you to describe what happened in the worst incident you managed and more generic competency based questions. It was actually one of the most positive interviews I have ever been for. The interviewers were fantastic and took a real interest in me. Despite not getting an offer I came away with confidence in my own ability and wouldn't hesitate to apply again.
