Interview
A waste of time. The company is not even professional enough to follow-up with you. They put the ball in your court to reach out to them even though they give you the impression there will be next steps and you'll hear from someone. They clearly don't value an applicant's time.

Question 1
It was the standard "what experience do you have in the IAM space" and "why are you looking " questions. None of those behavior-based questions.

Interview
Had a single call with recruiter. They wanted mid- senior experience but salary ranges were more in the range of entry-mid. Never heard back, assuming experience and salary were not a proper match which is fine. At least follow up.

Interview
It was 5 step Interview process. Firstly I had a call with HR hiring team, then with SE manager, then with AE on the region I was suppose to work with, and after all of that an interview with the Region head. The last step in recrutiment process was presentation on chosen topic in front of team composed of previous interviewers and other SEs that work at the company.
