One step interview process with facility supervisor and one of the executives. Interview lasted around thirty minutes with a tour of the facility included. The supervisor provided a detailed explanation of the company’s mission and the expectations of the intended hire. Supervisor was pleasant

Hiring and interviews were a breeze. Easily the best thing about the job. Very relaxed, comfortable. Unassuming and very friendly. Made you feel welcome very quickly and were very upfront about the demands and what is expected of you.

Interview
I sent my resume to the Schlesinger Group office in my city and they called me back within a few days. Within the next week, I met the manager for an interview and had a very casual interview with them. If you're interviewing for this position, I recommend that you come with a list of questions for the interviewer because the job description is pretty vague.

Super Basic interview, they looked at the resume and didn't really care who I was. You walk in and have a one on one. This demonstrates that they are non-judgemental. They just asked if I had any qualifications on the job description.
