Quite passive aggressive management conducting the interview. Had issues with the link sent across to me and tried calling the only point of contact I had, who did not answer. Finally rectified the issue & was told they were about to leave the call after a few minutes of waiting, made the interview very awkward from then on in.

Colloquio di 30 minuti con due responsabili dell'azienda e la recruiter.
Per farla breve.. se ti propongono di fare il venditore per cercare solo clienti nuovi sarai solo il loro cavallo da corsa.. una volta acquisiti i clienti, successivamente passeranno ad altri venditori già consolidati in azienda e tu continuerai a fare solo clienti nuovi. Da quello che ho percepito la richiesta dell'azienda sul raggiungimento degli obiettivi è alta, di conseguenza il pressing a livello psicologico. Ci sono già passato in aziende di questo tipo, anche no.. non fa più per me. ah.. dimenticavo.. questi fantomatici fenomeni di responsabili che si spacciano così talentuosi, di tanto in tanto dovrebbero tornare a correre anche loro in campo a fare clienti nuovi, invece di puntare solo il dito dall'alto al basso.. saluti!
