I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at STX, LLC in Apr 2016
Interview
Two step process involving ideation samples, followed my a formal video interview. The sketching ideation portion was to be worked on for no longer than a few hours, but there was around a 3 day timeframe for the request. The video interview included my future supervisor and the head of engineering.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at STX, LLC (Baltimore, MD) in Jan 2014
Interview
Not a awful interview. First connection was via phone just to get a background of your experience and why you wanted this job. Second interview was in person and dived a little bit more deeper into what they were looking for and the expectations of the job. In the second interview one could tell management didn't know the lacrosse industry as well as you would like - also could depict the management style was egocentric and not a team player. Followed up after w/ salary expectations via email. Whole process took entirely too well.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at STX, LLC (Baltimore, MD) in Jan 2013
Interview
It was a very long process, many interviews, and was flown out there twice, it took 6-8 months for an actual offer. despite the decent salary offer they benefits were poor and only abut 2k assistance for moving expenses.
HR seemed like a revolving door so it was hard to get a person with the right answers.

Question 1
Standard interview process for a developer, questions about material and processes. I was asked to solve problems on current projects and challenges, mostly it was a personality test to see if you fit in with the group.
