I got my first interview through my university website. I went in for first interview, most of the questions were personality and character related, behavioral in other words. Then I received an invitation for a second interview which was one of a kind. Before I accepted the 2nd interview I did lots of research about the company and the position itself. It seemed to be tough, but for me I would rather use my energy when I am young to get the best for my future. I went to the second interview where we were put through different activities and were introduced to a field engineer life style, its hectic but if you like what you do it wont matter. I enjoyed the experience of the interview and loved the field work. Keep in mind, being flexible, single and think outside the box can get you somewhere in this company.. but but lots of work...

1st round interview included short technical question, and telling about myself and the projects I worked on.
Not difficult/or hard, but just need to explain well enough to tell the logic process
It was an on campus hiring. First they shortlisted based on CV. Then second round was group discussion where we were given abstract topics like "Half filled glass of water" and were asked to discuss. This was also an eliminatory round. The final round was more of a HR round, they asked behavioural questions, few puzzles (very easy) and general knowledge questions

First step is administration submission, and then proceed to the aptitude test. If you the pass the aptitude test, you will join the 3 minutes interview —> FGD —> user interview
