The interview process consisted of multiple steps. The first interview was with the HR Recruiter, then followed by the Hiring Manager, then a Panel Interview, and then a Senior Manager in Leadership. I was offered the position but it was rescinded. It was all due to the fact that I questioned SHI's desired start date and negotiated my compensation. Because I had expressed difficulty meeting less than two weeks notice, SHI decided to rescind my offer and look for additional candidates. Right before I heard the news, I was given the impression the start date would be easily resolved. Within that time, I started to secure child care, schedule doctor appointments, car maintenance and other personal matters so I could have fresh clean start with as little distraction as possible. Despite reading negative reviews on SHI, I was undeterred and was actually excited to start there. A few days later, however, I was told the offer was rescinded. I was very surprised although maybe I shouldn't have been, as my experience validates many of the reviews on Glassdoor (in terms of how this company treats its employees). It seems to be quite true SHI has zero flexibility for it's employees, nor does it really "care" at all. Everything happens for a reason and I feel like I dodged a bullet working at this company. That said, I am absolutely disgusted by this company. I felt "part of the team" for 3 or 4 days... until I wasn't. I can only imagine how bad it is work for SHI based on this recruiting experience, and my advice is to stay far, far, away.

The interview process was 3 rounds and the questions asked were pretty average in terms of IT PM Interviews. Who you are, your experience with IT Project management, situational and behavioral questions. Made it all the way to the last round but did not get the job
