Had a phone interview, the first one is 15 minutes with basic information about you and the company. The 2nd one is 30 minutes which I did not get offered a call back to do this one

Honestly it just felt like the person conducting it was being held hostage and had to hire someone. SHI is not respected in the tech industry at all. I am writing this review a year later so that I can look up reviews on a company for a friend, but in short the company sucks and there are so many other companies that will hire young people and pay them way more with a far superior product and work culture.
