Interview
Like most contractors, the hiring processf for overseas can be lengthy. My entire process was over 60 days. The interview was conducted over the phone with the two employees, one of which was my boss. Very thorough, but fair. No trick questions. After interview and selection, was nearly a month before human resources made an offer.

Question 1
Not having a heavy logistics background, some of the questions were difficult because I did not have the background to provide an in-depth response. No unexpected questions.
Very responsive to resume submission; after initial phone screen, were able to get me into an interview session they were holding later that week. Friendly, relaxes, had clearly reviewed my information and were prepared just to get a sense of me, vice having me regurgitate my resume.
