General Manager was late to the interview and seemed like he couldn't wait to get away and do something else. Does he treat his customers this way. HR does not return follow up call I made. You have to treat everyone with courtesy, not just your customers.

Interview
I found the position posted on Careerbuilder and applied. I was contacted for a phone screen soon after. The phone screen seemed to simply confirm that I met the minimum requirements for the job. I flew to MA for 3 1:1 interviews in one day. The interviews were fairly standard protocol. No unusual questions or scenarios.
