Interview
It was a great experience. The interview process got completed in 5 working days. There were 1 written test and 3 interview rounds. The written test had accounting,analytical,tax related,passages,email writing & essay writing.
Once we clear the written test we will receive the a call/email from Hr requesting us to attend interview process.
1. Accounting/Manager round.
2. Sr HR round.
3. Director round.
All the interview rounds contribute equal amount of weightage for getting selected. HR Sridhar was very cooperative and approachable.

Recently, I applied for an IJP in Ryan LLC for senior Tax associate position. I must admit that leadership team has helped me with the mock interviews. The words of encouragement, guidance and advise helped me alot.The help I got in mock interviews and preparation for interview made me clear the IJP.
