Interview
Met through a career fair, had an amazing personable interview. Kept in touch and was sent to the nearest division headquarters. Nothing but amazing people within an amazing company. Overall they care about personality and work ethic. Must be driven and motivated along with the willingness to learn about all aspects. High paced company and high paced work.
Very STAR based questions. They ask you to talk about a time you experienced a certain situation, and you tell them what happened. The entire interview was about 2 hours long, three different interviewers back to back.

Talk about a time I dealt with a difficult customer.
Panel interview with 5 production managers. Normal questions and nice guys. Just getting a feel for you as a person and your experience. It was simple and nothing too crazy.
