I sent my resume in via an ad online. I was contacted by their head HR about a week after. I went to their office and had a sit-down interview which involved behavioural questions. It was a pretty easy interview to get through, but some of the questions are very "open-ended" and can be difficult to answer on the fly.

Interview
Applied through Kijiji, was called very soon afterwards. Interview was very long, he had pages of questions to ask and many were similar. Standard interview questions though, not very specific to the job.
