I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Ross Stores (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2016
Interview
Applied online, got a call few days later and arranged to come in for an interview. Interview itself was not very stressful or long. I was briefly told about the position and pay. Only 3 questions were asked and all together is felt more like a friendly conversation. All of the questions were situational questions from my previous experience. At the end of it all was offered the position.

It was a group interview, but very easy, received the offer almost right away after verifying I'd be able to complete the required tasks. Manager was very kind, but clear and concise on requirements. Took about 20 minutes

Interview
Called in for interview pretty quickly. It’s not hard at all, especially if you’ve worked in retail before. Probably received a call back within 2 days after applying. Went in for interview & was told on the spot that i got the job.
The process was smooth. The location I worked at was good. They were very flexible with my schedule since I was still in college. Communication is good. Overall, good experience.
