Had 4 interviews total, with recruiter, COO and two team members. Was told I’d move in to a final round with CEO during last 2 interviews. I was then ghosted by recruitment until I followed up multiple times. They said they went with someone else literally a day after due to “timing” even though I said I could start ASAP. Definitely a negative experience.
