I received an invitation to a phone interview upon applying for the job online. But the interview was cancelled the same morning it was scheduled for. Needless to say, this gives the impression the company does not have good hiring practices.

Question 1
The day of the interview, they called me to cancel the interview. They explained that because I had applied before, they had selected not to interview again. It did not make sense, since I never had an interview before. I only had a casual phone conversation. Given this action, one can gather they are not well organized or coordinated. It is a shame.
