I got a phone call and my future immediate bosses had a conversation with me about my resume, my carreer goals and why did I wanted to work to Bosch. It was like a conference call because the two of them kept asking questions alternatively. I think it lasted about 30 minutes. The next day I was going to send a follow-up email and I had an email notifying me I was acepted and fowarding the conversation to HR. It think it all was easy, but my good CV probably helped a lot.
