two interviews. First is behavioral with a technical questions about your resume. Second is a 1hr long panel-styled interview with a 15 min presentation then 45 min of q/a. The second interval is usually about something on your resume.

Tell me about a time when you worked on a team and something didn't work out
The employee corresponding with me sent me a faulty link to enter my availability. Then, they booked me three different times and never ended up calling me. One time, they emailed me several minutes after our planned starting time that a superior needed to speak with them. Another time, they called a different applicant with the same name and merged our applications together, leaving me in confusion. The third time, I was simply ghosted--no call ever came.
HR and university relations at this company are astoundingly incompetent and unprofessional.
