The interview process was straightforward and scheduling was handled efficiently. However, after completing my interview with the hiring manager, I did not receive any follow-up communication or status update. Based on the conversation, the role and internal team structure also seemed to still be evolving, which gave the impression that the organization may not have fully fleshed out responsibilities or reporting lines yet

The interview process consisted of multiple rounds, beginning with an initial recruiter phone call. This was followed by a more in depth interview that included reviewing a couple of projects and answering basic behavioral questions with the senior designer and the design manager.
