there are three interviews, 1st level is with HR recruitment, if passed will proceed to interview with TL then manager or client. I have observed that the questions asked where very timely and straightforward, no sugar coating and advises what gets to be expected on a day in and out in the office. the interviewer were accommodating and basically runs down what was on the resume. they would advise work schedules and rest days to properly set expectations
