Ricks on the River interview questions

Very laid back... I met with one of the managers who opposed to interviewing me, simply described me as unqualified. He claimed my 7 years of waitress experience was not enough... meanwhile many of the employees were younger than me! Very confusing... i felt very disrespected. He then asked why I wasn't promoted yet in the other restaurant I had been working at at the time...
