Applied online after a friend at Republic told me about the opportunity. Within a week got a call to set up a pre-screen call with HR. Went well and scheduled interview with hiring manager. Very basic question for a job I was over qualified for. Felt interview went well, answered all questions well, heads were nodding the whole time. Never heard another word. 5-6 weeks later got a rejection email.
