The worst process to go through. They make you wait, wait, wait and oh did I say wait. Just to make you wait some more. Find another place to work. If they can’t it right after the 3 interview then that’s a red flag.

Submitted resume online and filled out Workday application. Contacted within a week by Terresa, Republic Services corporate recruiter, to schedule an interview. She helped provide guidance and insights into different areas of the business including other openings within Republic. This was really beneficial as I was able to apply for a couple additional roles within the organization that better aligned with my skill set. Within one week I had two interviews followed by an offer. Overall the experience was very streamlined and moved quickly!
