So my overall experience was ok. The person who was code-reviewing my solution was trying to nitpick small issues. I mean I've been working as a software developer for several years and people always make mistakes in PR. That is the whole point of doing code reviews. I doubt that all 300 developers who work at Remote are writing perfect code.
After all, I'm glad they didn't proceed with my application. I spotted a few red flags while going through the interview process. The first is a large number of negative reviews and the second is that they aren't as profitable as the company after all these years. I think they will be doing layoffs soon since they can't compete with big players like Deel

The interview process of clearly describe on their website, which included four rounds,
1. Recruiter, very nice round
2. CEO
3. Tech assignment
4. Tech and culture fit round with the team
Mostly they look if the candidate's value matches with the company, and how can the company play a role in their growth.
