I went through two interviews. The first one went well with the managers of the department. In the second one I interviewed with one of the managers from the previous interview and they had brought in another woman who I assumed I would be working closely with. It turns out this lady was just there to Vet, my data knowledge, and I kind of got the impression that they thought I was undermining the other manager by assuming I would be working closely or even reporting to this woman. It was all kind of confusing.
