I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Reelio (Santa Monica, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
An in person interview with 3 different people lasting about 30 minutes with each person. The process was straightforward and they were nice and casual. The offices were nice and so was the location. As long as you know their company and the industry it will go smoothly.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
About my past experience in general and about their company
It was a quick and pretty efficient process. I spoke with a recruiter to run thru typical sales questions and was passed onto meet with a few execs in the company to review my experience and discuss the opportunity. I ultimately did not get the job, but generally enjoyed everyone I spoke too and was happy to be notified with feedback along the way of next steps and decision making.

Interview
Applied online. Spoke with recruiter, who was very nice and quick to respond through the entire process. Then spoke with an engineering manager who called 20 minutes late. That was quite unprofessional, but he seemed like a nice guy, so I decided to move forward in the interview process. This is where it went bad. I was then scheduled to speak with one of their web developers. He had a condescending look on his face the entire time like he thought I didn't know anything. He also was playing on his phone 75% of the interview which was really distracting and disrespectful. He basically rapid fired like 20 web dev questions. It felt like more of an interrogation than a friendly interview.
I heard back the next day that I didn't get the job. I guess I got lucky. I wouldn't have wanted to work with that web developer anyway.
