It was a phone screening and then a case study. passed the phone screening failed the case study. The interviewer were quite nice and polite, I had a good experience.

Question 1
General Questions about my past experience and case study was not quite difficult.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Charlotte, NC) in Apr 2024
Interview
Excessively lengthy and honestly just a ridiculous interview process overall for an entry level position. I understood the premise of the first phone screening and the second technical assessment to ensure I knew my analytical skills, but the third 5-hour interview was excessively difficult, long, and felt extremely unnecessary just to try to get a job here. I prepped for this 5-hour interview based on the information provided (which I was told would be mental math, basic Excel, and some behavioral questions), and was thrown for a loop when none of those were even part of my interview. All of my interviewers seemed aggravated/annoyed to be interviewing me and it was overall a seeming waste of 12+ hours of my time and energy to not even get a job offer.

Explain what data you would want on customers viewing a website

Interview
Phone Call -> Case Study -> Final
I was first rejected from the company and they reached out again saying that they are interested as they made changes in immigration policy. I passed the case study round, but suddenly got a rejection email as I needed authorization to work, and they didn't want to "risk denial in the future."
It was confusing how the company went back and forth with their policy. First, they rejected me and then reached out again saying they are interested in interviewing. Then, after spending hours on the interview process, they switched back. I believe that the recruitment team needs to respect everyone's time and confirm all admin details BEFORE providing a case study.

I got declined after finishing the data analysis case that was required to be finished during your own time; they didn't really give any feedback
