Brief telephone interview asking standard customer advisor questions, then a face-to-face interview. Throughout the whole process, each person I spoke to was friendly and answered any questions that I may have had.

We screen applicants, interview through firstly the telephone, then face to face.
we then carry out a 'Sit & See' process where we can assign specific assessments on candidate profiling, matching and interviewing as well as Belbin assessments etc.
