Interview
I applied online and a week later I received an email saying that they want to meet with me. Later on the day, I received a call asking to schedule for an interview. The interview process was really relaxed. Asked why I wanted to work for Red Lobster, my previous job history, availability, etc. I received a call an hour later asking to go into a second interview. The second interview was with the general manager and was extremely strict, which made me more nervous than I already was. Received an email saying that I wasn't the right candidate.
Easy to interview and get a job on the spot. Managers are knowledgeable and easy to get along with. They describe the job responsibilities throughly. This process also did not take long.
the interview process was very easy, especially for it being my first job. they were very informative about expectations and were very thorough. i was hired after the first interview immediately
It was rather intuitive. They ask about your work experience and then proceed to ask about the hardest moments in your working portfolio and how you overcame it. Be steadfast and deliberate with your responses.
