I have worked here in the past and had internships and summer jobs doing strictly inside sales for Recordsforce. Once I finished college I had already built a relationship with the people in the company and wanted to stay in the area. It was a no brainer.

Interview
Long presentations and a test at the end to determine knowledge of industry and ability to retain information. Interviews are done in groups of 6 to 12 people, with only 1 or 2 being hired from a round of selections.

A little tedious, 2 hr presentation then you take a small test, if you pass you train on their data entry system then after 4 hours or depending on your speed/accuracy your done training and on the floor working. ( this was for temp winter project )
