Did not apply for work here. They pulled my resume from a job search site, then texted and emailed me saying they wanted to set up an interview within four hours. I had a different interview scheduled and said I would be happy to connect the next day. They said that was fine and texted me a link that looked like an app download and sent a "friendly reminder" text 30 minutes later reminding me to click the link. I responded saying that I didn't feel like I would be a good fit for their organization. They didn't reply until the next morning, when they again prompted me to download their app and submit a video interview. For me, this was pushy well past the bounds of professionalism.
