He barely spent 20 minutes with me trying to understand my background. He decided on me based on my 3 seconds feedback on a specific question. They really need to work around their scheduling. I am surprised they wanted to talk only 20 minutes to a potential employer for a director role and made a decision based on a 3 second response to a question
