During the interview, I discussed my experience with structural analysis software, project management skills, and problem-solving abilities. We also explored my approach to handling construction challenges and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.

Can you provide an example of a challenging project you've worked on in the past and how you successfully managed to overcome obstacles to ensure its completion?
A short phone interview with HR approximately 10 to 15 minutes, and HR scheduled a longer interview (one week later) with both HR and Senior Engineer/Manager. The second round lasted for about an hour.
