Got an email to set up a date and time for the interview. They got back to me quickly and did immediately an interview but then decided to hold for hiring someone for the position.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RE/MAX (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2015
Interview
I had a 4 hour interview. Most of the time I just listened to what the interviewer was saying. They said that they loved my portfolio, and that I have a very calm demeanor. They kept stressing the importance of my personality.
