I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at RDA Corporation in Feb 2020
Interview
The interview was very laid back and nice. They called me and it lasted for approximately 20-30 minutes. Most of the questions revolved around previous projects and accomplishments. The phone interview doesn't have any technical parts, but rather questions on soft skills, projects, and self-evaluation.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RDA Corporation (Baltimore, MD)
Interview
Relatively easy job interview. Questions were not as tech focused as I expected and tended to be more about working with and dealing with clients and consulting in general. I ended up doing two rounds of interviews and received an offer within a week, but declined the offer.

Question 1
Describe a time you had a disagreement with a work colleague and how did you handle it?
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RDA Corporation (Hunt Valley, MD) in Nov 2017
Interview
Contacted RDA via a college career fair, and set up a phone interview. After the phone interview was a short coding exercise and an online quiz. For the final part of the interview, I was asked to come to Maryland for a several-part in-person interview. I met with the head of development for some technical questions, including exercises to simulate search algorithms and code for a game of tetris, was given an addition to my coding exercise, and ended the day with a meeting with one of the owners.
The overall process was quick and painless, and I would recommend this company to anyone with the qualifications.
